Ingredients-
Baby Okra
Gram Flour and corn flour - to sprinkle
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Aamchur powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Red Chillli Powder
1 Onion
1 Tomato
Raw mango
2 tsp Mustard oil
Jaggery
Method:
Heat the oil. Chop the okra vertically. Make the mixture to coat the okra, add gram flour, corn flour, aamchur powder and salt and add the okra to the mixture. Check if your oil had heated and add the coated okra.
Heat some more oil in another pan. Add onions, tomatoes, raw mangoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and green chillies, once it has cooked add the baby potatoes.
Plate the potatoes with the fried okra and serve it hot.
