Ingredients:
Mutton mince 500 g.
1 medium size fried onion
1 medium size chopped onion
4-5 tbsp green coriander leaves
4 tbsp chickpeas flour
1+1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 green chillies fine chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chaat masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp Cumin powde1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt
Oil as required
