Sella basmati rice ½ kg سیلا باسمتی چاول ½ کلو
Sugar ½ kg شکر ½ کلو
Clarified butter (Desi ghee) ½ cup دِسی گھی ½ کپ
5 cloves (Laung) لونگیں 5 عدد
3 lemon slices 3لمین سلائینزز
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp سبز الائچی پائوڈر ½ ٹی سپون
Kewra water 1 tbsp کیوڑہ واٹر 1 ٹیبل سپون
Yellow food color 1 pinch پیلا رنگ 1 چٹکی
Red food color 1 pinch ریڈ فوڈ کلر 1 چٹکی
Green food color 1 pinch گرین فوڈ کلر 1 چٹکی
Mixed dry fruits 1 cup مکس ڈرائے فروٹ 1 کپ
For garnishing گارنشنگ کیلئے
Khoya (Mawa) کھویا
Colored chum chum کلرڈ چم چم
Silver foil چاندی کے ورق
