Wedding Preparation Losing Weight, Hair, Nails, Makeup

Today's video is all about preparing for your appearance at a wedding! Getting your tan, nails, hair, skincare routine all stored and sticking to a routine at the gym and eating well!
I just want to say that I hope the "weight loss" part of this video doesn't come across the wrong way. I'm not assuming everyone wants to lose weight for their wedding, I am basically telling you my story of what worked and what didn't. Even if you don't want to lose weight, going to the gym and working out is part of a healthy lifestyle and can help with dealing with stress (planning a wedding can be a stressful time!) so it's nice to have that time where you can work all of your frustrations out and benefit from it on so many levels.
My main reason for going to the gym was because I wanted to lose weight, I was overweight and was living an unhealthy lifestyle and wanted to change it. I worked very hard at the gym and changing my eating habits and it all paid off!
Even if you want to tone up - I know a lot of brides would like nicely toned arms for their wedding day - it's something that can be achievable and you just need to work for it :)
I hope the message doesn't come across as you NEED to lose weight, you are perfect the way you are and don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise! I just know that a lot of brides ask the question "how do i lose weight for my wedding?" and I tried my best to answer that :)
