Ingredients:
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon minced garlic
freshly ground black pepper
5 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salmon fillets
Green stuff for decoration
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side on a middle of the range heat until the colors join up in the middle.
