My name is Dave and I'm the head cook of a Championship BBQ Team from Melbourne, Australia. I'm adding video's of BBQ Recipes and Equipment Reviews. For my friends in the US, our cuts maybe a little different but the techniques are basically the same. I've only been cooking 'low & slow' BBQ since 2013, so am still learning. I'm no expert but am happy to pass on my learnings. Although we have only competed in a few Competitions we are the 2017 Adelaide GC’s - 1st in Ribs, 1st in Pork 2017 Meatstock Melbourne - RGC’s 2017 Pork & Cider - RGC’s 2016 Melbourne KCBS GC’s, 1st in Pork, 1st in Ribs.
