Background Probably best known for founding evo magazine with a group of talented motoring journalists back in 1998 which, much to our surprise, went on to become a global player in the automotive media arena. Also wrote stuff for Octane Magazine. Left evo in 2013 and set up as an outside advisor to Jaguar Land Rover, helping with the setup of JLR Special Operations, launching in April 2014. Got hooked on cars from an early age, although my first love was motorbikes, the first one arriving when I was 11. Soon discovered most girls preferred to travel by car, so swapped to 4-wheels and have been lucky enough to have owned or driven almost every interesting car ever made.
