I believe that most of our health problems stem from devitalized food. I also believe that many things that has been told to the American public about High Blood pressure and Type 2 Diabetes, and other things are wrong. "Let Food Be Thy Medicine" is my motto, and "Make Every Meal a Healthy Meal" is another. So this channel is about, health tips, healthy cooking and preparing healthy foods for specific health issues.
