'Penelope' is certainly an interesting song and it is a sure hit! This song is about a man who fell in love in his baby sitter and is currently searching for her. It's a pretty neat idea but it's how Zak Waters perform the vocals really hit home! The instrumental is nicely done as well! This is a fun upbeat song that's catchy and easy to dance to!
