CES 2015 First Look: iDevices Switch - Homekit light switch control

On the surface the iDevices Switch isn't much different from other switch devices like the WeMo, etc. But the unique feature here is that the Switch is homekit enabled, so it will work with other devices through Apple's new home device interoperability standard.
So it will be possible to issue a command to Siri like "lock my doors and turn on the lights" and have those things happen without loading multiple apps.
The Switch will be available later this spring exclusively on the iOS platform for iPhones and iPads.
