This music video was produced to raise awareness about the art of the deaf cultured world. It expresses how music cannot be heard, but can be seen, felt and understood by giving an aurul and visually solid view . The producer/director and editor, Mitch Bergsma, and the lead role, played by Jullisa Hornsby, are both deaf. However, through passion, talent and basic technology, it was very possible for them not only to agree on the chosen song (written and performed by Lance Keltner and Simranking), but to execute an understood essence of lyric meaning and music tone. Editing was not your "normal" music video process. However, we hope the extra steps involved for this kind of production will make impact and encourage the hearing impaired video/music enthusiasts to venture out towards this type of fine art. The "Land of Love" project was made up of a team of truly dedicated and talented individuals that merely wanted to share with the hearing impaired community, along with all communities, that music is alive, well and able in 100% of all of us. Everything is possible, and we hope you enjoy.
