Safety at Tokoroa Airfield: CTC's response and my offer

Just a day or two after I posted the recent video evidencing the breaches of CAA regulations and risk to safety posed by CTC's activities at the Tokoroa Airfield, I was contacted by the flight school.
The response of CTC has been very professional and I am most impressed that they have taken the initiative to contact me and explain what they're doing to prevent a recurrence. I am very impressed by the response of this flight school, I wish I could say the same about the other parties mentioned in that video.
In contrast, neither the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) nor the South Waikato District Council (SWDC) have said *anything* about what *they* intend to do to prevent the ongoing safety risks posed by full-sized and model flying here.
I have promised evidence of RC model fliers breaking rules, regulations and the law with impunity -- but, as an ardent promoter of the hobby, I would really rather avoid doing this.
In an effort to restore some commonsense and pragmatism to this issue, I am inviting CAA, the SWDC and Model Flying New Zealand (MFNZ) to sit around a table, dispense with the politics and work with me to come up with a solution to the very important issues that presently pose a safety risk at the Tokoroa Airfield.
CTC have proven that they are professional and take the issue lifting their game very seriously. Let's hope that the other three parties in this stoush do the same.
If not, then I will have no option but to again produce the evidence to prove my claims -- and then nobody wins.
