Drone testing at airfield shot down - why am I left so confused?

If you're not interested in the battles I'm facing with the bureaucracy at the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the South Waikato District Council (SWDC) and Model Flying New Zealand (MFNZ) then don't watch this video -- it's not for you.
However, if you are interested in some pretty damning evidence that both the SWDC and CAA are abusing their power for political/personal reasons and that there appears to be a very unhealthy relationship between MFNZ and certain parties within the CAA then this video will be very enlightening.

and contains the comments from CAA and the SWDC that betray the political nature of their ban on my SAA testing activities at the Tokoroa Airfield.
They claim that the mere 35mW transmissions on the 2.4GHz band associated with my SAA testing would make flying RC model jets unacceptably risky - yet the very people flying them are all wandering around with wifi-enabled smartphones capable of putting out 200mW each on the same frequencies, and the average microwave oven in nearby houses may churn out almost a watt of noise by way of leakage -- or at least that's what Wikipedia claims here:
Indeed there has been at least one very badly leaking microwave oven in the nearby housing area which I was able to detect with my spectrum analyzer and directional antenna. Anecdotally, this oven may have been responsible for several RC model crashes at the airfield.
So my testing is banned but there is no ban at the airfield on smartphones or tablets with wifi enabled, wireless routers in nearby houses or microwave ovens at or near the airfield.
It is also very worth noting that although the RC jets visit the field just once a month, I am forbidden to perform my testing because, according the Mr Fisher of the SWDC, "RC models *could* be flying at any time at the airfield".
Now you tell me I'm not discriminated against by these authorities and that the issue of safety isn't just a blatant smokescreen for the deliberate abuse of power.
