Walkera QR X350 Pro (part 1, on the bench)
Sold as a competitor to the DJI Phantom, the QR X350 pro promises big improvements over the original QR X350 and a very simple "unbox and fly" solution to aerial video and photography. Does it deliver?
Well the "Pro" is certainly much improved over the original with seemingly higher levels of workmanship (although if you look carefully you can see that one of the arms appears to have been slightly melted when the ESC wires were soldered).
If the flight tests prove okay, this could be a good little multirotor for video work but some of the accessories could be a whole lot simpler to fit and set up.
Likewise, the instructions need work -- both in their grammar and syntax and also in their overall clarity.
I'm reserving judgement until I get a chance to fly this model and check out the impressive claims that are made for it.
