Sony HDR-AS10 on my Quadcopter

Just some quick LOS flights in the yard to try different recording modes with the Sony camera mounted on my quad. Tested are:
1080p, 30FPS SteadyShot off
720p, 30fps SteadyShot off
720p 60fps
720p 120fps
1080p 30fps SteadyShot On
720p 30fps SteadyShot On
Notice how the "jello" from vibrations in more obvious when SteadyShot is turned on, and also note how the grass gets all screwy in some of the 720p modes. Looks like compression "artifacts" or something when the grass is moving across the frame kinda fast, and you can see it clear up with each keyframe, about 2/second.
By the way, the time lapse for the intro was shot with the same camera. It does those quite well! lol .

I use this 8dbi Patch Antenna, it has been my go-to antenna for a long time now, for years! lol I've been out more then 10 miles using one of these and the 800mW vtx listed above:
On the transmitter side, the stock dipoles that come with them work pretty good together with that patch, but if you want slightly better performance and less weight/drag, consider these: __
