TBS Caipirinha (Part 1)

In part one of the Team Blacksheep Caipirinha review I look at some aspects of the build process.
Pro's:
- everything goes together pretty easily
- TBS Core module is quite full-featured
- a very comprehensive kit when purchased with the Core, motor and servos
- a rather pretty looking RC plane in the black/yellow colors
- built-in cut-outs for equipment and cables saves time
- male EPO parts allow you to fill the standard cut-outs in the EPO
Cons:
- manual soldering to the Core board was pretty awful
- no strain relief for wires connecting to the Core board
- 5.8GHz transmitter unit was faulty
- EPO moldings good but not perfect
- Velcro just doesn't cut it for the tip-fins
Summary:
An expensive model when compared to many other offerings but if it flies well then I would certainly recommend it, despite the few issues I encountered which were more with the electronics than the actual airframe itself.
