So what does $95 buy you? A pretty functional Android tablet!
This tablet from Prontotec surprised me with how much improved it is over other cheaper tablets I've looked at over the last year. The screen is passable, the performance adequate, and overall it's a good utilitarian solution for when you don't need the best of the best.
The specs are relatively basic - it has a low resolution 1024x600 display, a functional allwinner quad core processor, 1 gig of RAM, and 8 gigs of flash ram. It does have a MicroSD card slot as well as OTG capabilities. An OTG cable is included as well as a stylus.
I found that the processor is clocked at 1ghz vs. the advertised 1.4. But apps were responsive and within expectations. I wasn't able to play back Blu Ray MKVs but other video playback like netflix and smaller h.264 files played nicely.
It does well as a gaming tablet too and should run most of the lower end popular games on the Play Store. I demonstrate FIFA 15 in the video. The tablet supports bluetooth as well so you can attach a game controller.
Overall? It's a good value for the price - especially if you have a need a few cheap tablets for data entry and other lower end tasks. But even for other uses If you set your expectations accordingly you'll be quite pleased with it.
