Fresh Milled Whole Wheat Bread Recipe ~ Noreen's Kitchen

Today I am sharing with you the best way I have found to make an amazing, soft, lofty and beautiful loaf (or six) of whole wheat bread made with freshly milled wheat!
I have used my Wondermill to mill fresh white wheat into a fine flour. I have use two thirds whole wheat and one third all purpose flour to make this bread. I sifted my flour after milling to make it even more fine.
The secret is in allowing your sponge to rise. It makes all the difference! That and the addition of good ingredients and you will be well on your way to making an amazing loaf of bread, pizza, cinnamon rolls or anything you like!
I have used my Bosch Universal Plus Kitchen Machine to make this bread. If you have another brand of mixer, I highly suggest that you consult your owners manual and adjust the recipe accordingly so that your mixer will not break or you won't void your warranty. This is a lot of dough.
