The Naze32 is now losing support from the Cleanflight and Betaflight community. GPS and Sonar are no longer supported.

In this video we setup and configure a HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Range Finder / sonar module and add it to my Naze32 flight control board.
This is an interesting addition to the Naze32 but of limited benefit unless you fly less than 3m over concrete/hard surface a lot of the time.
In this video I will cover –
- What is Sonar (0.27)
- How does it work (4:51)
- How to wire it for PWM receiver setups (5:29)
- How to ire it for PPM receiver setups (6:12)
- How to cable the board (7:52)
- How to enable the board in Cleanflight (8:47)
- How to test if the board is working (9:30)
