Es un pastel o bizcocho esponjoso y delicioso, super sencillo de preparar tu mismo en casa.
ingredients

Use the grind of one or two lemon and the juice inise the cake. then spray the pan of a cheese cake pan and bake in the oven for an hour at 350 F or until the cake is done. check with a tooth pick to make suere is cooked. then do a simple syrup. put water and sugar and the juice of lemon and boil it. you can use one cup of water and one of sugar and the juice of 3 lemons. as soon as you take the cake out of the oven, add it to it and the cake will absorb the syrup. let it rest for a couple of hours and eat it. now you can have you cake and eat it too. you can add sour cream like one cup and your cake will taste better. you can also add one cup of heavy cream instead of sour cream and it will be delicioso. greetings and have a great cake.
