Potatoes are one of my favorite foods, and roasting them one of my favorite ways to cook them. This roast potato recipe is very simple, and shows you how to make any version of roasted potatoes you like. I say any version, because it's simple to add things like Garlic and Parsley to add complexity, flavor and texture to the potatoes.
It's a simple potato recipe to make, doesn't take a lot of time and they are of course a great side dish for meat and fish - I absolutely love them with roast chickens..so give roasting a try.
