Golden Mushroom Pork Chops Under Pressure ~ Noreen's Kitchen

An oldie but a goodie. This video may be old, but it is an original to my channel so I will be leaving it up for you to enjoy here! This is a favorite cold weather meal in our house. One of the few times you will see me use canned condensed soup. In this case, golden mushroom, one of my very favorites! I love this with chicken, beef and in this case cheap and delicious pork chops!
This is a pressure cooker recipe that requires the use of an electric pressure cooker. In this video I am using the very first model I ever had the pleasure of owning. a 5 quart Wolfgang Puck Bistro Electric pressure cooker. I now use either a 10 quart Elite pressure cooker or a 6 quart Power Pressure XXL cooker. You will need one that is at least 5 quarts to fit this recipe.
I used assorted pork chops, baby carrots, golden mushroom soup and a can of mushrooms with their liquid. I cooked according the manufacturer's instructions as I suggest you do with whatever model machine you have.
This comes out delicious every time! You can brown your pork chops before you pressure cook them if you like, but mostly I just toss everything in the pot and let it cook. Sometimes it is too much just to get everything in there cooking before I have to go off and put out more fires! You know what I mean? LOL!
