Today I'll be showing you how to make Hot Cross Buns, one of my favourite Easter treats. They do take a bit of time to make but they taste so much better home-made and you can get on with other things while they rise!

Recipe:
500g Strong White Flour
65g Caster Sugar
1x7g Sachet Of Yeast
1 tsp Salt
1tsp Mixed Spice (feel free to add any other of your favourite spices)
1/4 tsp Grated Nutmeg
Zest of One Orange
Juice Of One Orange
120ml Warm Whole Milk
110ml Water
1 Egg
50g Butter, Melted and cooled
50g Sultanas
50g Cranberries
25g Mixed Peel
