This seems to be a video of WLtoys testing their upcoming V383. Unlike Invertix 400, this multirotor does not change the direction of the rotors to support 3D moves; it changes the pitch of the rotors, just like Curtis Youngblood Stingray 500. At the end of the video, you see the machine up close. It has a brushless motor powered by a 4S 2200mAh LiPo battery, which spins 4 x variable pitch rotors, and receives radio commands from the familiar non-programmable transmitter.
