Convertible registrations plunge everywhere, but one manufacturer is working against it: Porsche. Daring as they are, they even come up with a new model lacking any logic. The new Porsche 911 Targa comes with that classic 1965 roll-bar which makes it so unique. You dont really need it as a crucial element, but it just looks so awesome - and that's exactly the reason why they are building it.
The Posche 911 Targa is only available as an all wheel drive, having the "4" has a name appendix. The 911 Targa 4 has a 3,4 litre flat twin engine with 350 hp - giving you the 0 to 100 kilometres or 0 to 60 miles acceleration in 4,8 seconds.
The bigger sports brother 911 Targa 4 S comes with a 3,8 litre one and an extra of 40 hp, so 400 hp in total. That means 4,4 secs for the acceleration - and some more features. Like four instead of 2 exhaust pipes, 20 inch alloys instead of 19 inch, a sports chassis residing 10 mm lower and bigger brake discs in the front.
