In new imagery of the dwarf planet taken from May 29th to June 3rd, 2015, its "near-true color" is revealed. Charon, also in view, is grey. The images are presented in a 'barycentric view,' with both Pluto and Charon in motion, and a 'Pluto-centric' view, where the icy dwarf is kept mid-screen. -- Full Story:
