Cranberry Cheesecake Recipe.
Ingredients:
8 oz (227g) Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Egg
1 1/2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 oz (57g) Biscuits
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Corn Starch
1/4 Tsp Flour
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Cranberry Jam (1 Tbsp)
Vegetable Oil (1/4 Tsp)
Preparations:
1- Crack/grind the biscuits.
2- Wrap aluminum foil around a springform pan or two (depending on the size) as shown in the video.
3- Grease the springform pans with vegetable oil.
