When you arrive at Mabul Island, you’re stepping into a lush, largely untouched tropical Malaysian paradise.
Located in the clear blue waters of the Celebes Sea, Mabul Island is only accessible via a 45-minute boat ride from mainland Sabul. Thanks to its position near a stunning reef, Mabul Island tours almost always highlight the local sea life, and this gem is the gateway to some of the finest snorkeling and scuba diving in the world. Because of this, Mabul Island sightseeing will, of course, involve a lot of time spent surrounded by water.
