Will eating carbs, especially at night make you fat? Carbohydrates are a very misunderstood macronutrient and I hope this video helps to clear a few things up. Most people fear eating carbohydrates because they were told that is the reason people get fat, when they are misunderstanding the entire idea of a 24 hour macronutrient intake, energy balance, etc.
