This video just quickly goes over what my current workout split is.
Everyone who goes to the gym has wondered, what is the best training split to follow? What is ultimately comes down to is one that you will remain consistent with and enjoy doing while seeing results. THAT"S IT! There can be a newly researched amazing program out there with guaranteed results but if you don't follow it because you don't enjoy the workout it has zero benefit.
Optimality is NOTHING without Consistency!
Again, this is a brief overview of how I am currently running legs, push, pull and I don't get into much detail. If you would like more information on the workout I do or how I construct this split, just ask!
