What Is The Best Workout Split?

Everyone who goes to the gym has wondered, what is the best training split to follow? What is ultimately comes down to is one that you will remain consistent with and enjoy doing while seeing results. THAT"S IT! There can be a newly researched amazing program out there with guaranteed results but if you don't follow it because you don't enjoy the workout it has zero benefit.
Optimality is NOTHING without Consistency!
I personally enjoy high volume workouts. Are they most optimal? Probably not, but it is something I enjoy doing and I am consistent with so the results and progress are always there.
If you are a beginner feel free to start with a bit lower volume and increased frequency, and upper lower split is great! If you enjoy volume, then go higher volume! Again what's important is tracking your progress and make sure you are actually moving forward and making the gains you are looking for! If it is working for you, you enjoy it, and continue to follow through with it, than it is PERFECT for you, regardless of what others say!
