Didn't do any real editing or commentary on this one. Just the basics so you can get an idea of what a pull day looks like. Total workout was:
Weighted Pull Ups: 3 sets of 8 reps (filmed 45lb set)
Bent Over Rows: 3 sets of 5-8 reps (filmed 225lb set)
Seated Underhand Cable Row: 3 sets of 6-8 reps (filmed 200lb set)
Behind Back Shrug: 3 sets of 6-8 reps (filmed 385lb set)
Alt DB Curl: 3 sets of 6-10 reps (filmed 40lb set)
Rope Hammer Curl: 3 sets of 6-10 reps (filmed 72.5lb set)
This is a typical pull day for me. I have 2 of these workouts per week in my current split (you can see an example of my deadlift pull day on my channel).
