Today's goal was to work up to a 2RM on back squats. As it is, this was a tough task, but add that on top of the fact that I just set a new 3RM on back squats 48 hours prior was even more daunting. In addition to the back squats I also did the following exercises which are not shown:
-High bar pause squats
-Bent over barbell rows
-Barbell shurgs
-Weighted sit-ups
