Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
Today marks the start of week 8 of the BBSM program. I felt awful today, my stomach was not cooperating with me and I slept awful. The main goal of today was to work up to a 3RM on back squats. As far as assistance work goes, I was also tasked with a 2RM on paused high bar squats and a 6RM on deficit SLDLs. B/c of how I was feeling I reeled it back a bit on front squats and skipped SLDLs all together. I did however do pull ups (not shown) but also passed on hanging leg raises.
