Front Squats are one of those exercises that can be a good secondary movement for any leg day. They're not a replacement for back squats, but they do bring in some benefit to you. Most people avoid front squats due to how uncomfortable of a position it puts the lifter in, not to mention most are unaware of how to hold the bar. Today we take a look at a way to make front squats easier... using wrist straps!
