Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
After experiencing a little lower back pain of my own, I took it upon myself to go see a chiropractor and find out what was wrong. It turnes out that I have a slight case of rotary lumbar scoliosis. It is nothing severe and for the next few weeks will be working on my posture and flexibility and take it day by day!

I receive many messages daily of people asking me for advice on how to overcome pain, but when it comes to an injury the only advice I give is to go see a professional. Injuries should not be avoided and should be taking seriously.
