How much do you bench?
This question seems to get thrown around often both in and outside of the gym. What it all comes down to is - Who Cares? Your muscles are NOT aware of absolute poundages and in reality trying to lift heavy weight to impress others or feel better about yourself with do more harm than help. There is no point in sacrificing muscle stimulation and proper form because you let your ego get in the way. Focus on getting stronger each workout and forget what other people say or think. Make small incremental progress week after week and you will notice much more progress and results.
