Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
The program called for a normal back squat day, however I've been feeling really beat up and made my mind up before going in that I was just going to do some light squat work and call it a day. Got up to 500lbs and felt the bar was moving really well so decided to try what the program originally called for (a 2RM on squats). Last week I hit 520x3 and 545x1 so I decided to try 530x2. Went down for my first rep and started to struggle, so instead of grinding it out I just dumped the weight as I don't want to risk getting injured for my competition come Saturday. It was a good/bad day. Bad b/c I didn't get the reps, but good b/c I know it's not a physical issue, just a mental one.
