This video is a response to my video I made as a Joke:
In this video I speak about post workout nutrition and stress the importance of keeping things simple!
Many of us are familiar with the "Post Workout Anabolic Window of Opportunity" in which we are told we must consume protein within 30 minutes of our workout for maximum uptake of nutrients. The protein should by highly absorbable and if possible consumed with a high GI carb to initiate rapid uptake shuttling the nutrients into the muscles.
