After experiencing a little lower back pain of my own, I took it upon myself to go see a chiropractor and find out what was wrong. I will report back with a part two of this video when I get the results back from the x-rays.
This video will discuss the importance of recognizing the difference between an injury pain and a muscle soreness. I receive many messages daily of people asking me for advice on how to overcome pain, but when it comes to an injury the only advice I give is to go see a professional. Injuries should not be avoided and should be taking seriously.
