So we finally jump into week 3 and boy was it a tough one. Although this program is kicking my ass pretty bad, talking things over with Dan he tells me that the first 7 weeks or so is pretty tough volume/weight-wise and then the last few weeks we drop it down a bit and that's when you can see the strength progressions more clearly.
