In this video I stress the importance of getting a thorough warmup and also the benefits and necessity to properly work the rotator cuff. The Rotator cuff is made up of little muscles know as the teres minor, infraspinatous, supraspinatous and subscapularous. Collectively they are called the rotator cuff ,and weak muscles in this area are often the cause of impingements and muscle tears.
If you take the little bit of time to incorporate similar routines into your workout your shoulders will feel much stronger and it will also greatly improve your core lifts while preventing or greatly reducing the risk of injury!
