How long should you rest between sets?
Here are some pretty general guidelines and again they will differ depending on the person and their ability to recover to ensure their next set is effective.
Strength Training in the 1-8 rep range =3-5 min
Hypertrophy Training in the 8-12-15 rep range = 1-2 min
Endurance Training 12+ reps = 45-60 sec
