How to garnish a pepper.
A very simple and easy way to garnish a small bell pepper or a jalapeño pepper.
You'll need:
Bell Pepper Or Jalapeño Pepper
V-Shaped Garnishing Tool
Cold Water
Use a V-shaped garnishing tool to cut half inch through the pepper's surface in 20 degree angle. You can also use a paring knife to make V shaped cuts. Make the cuts less than a quarter of an inch apart.
