About those YouTube ads

Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
If you're a YouTube user you can't help but notice that many videos carry ads - either in a banner along the bottom of the video or as a "pre-roll" before the video starts.
I'd like your feedback on this advertising and my proposal to limit advertising to the simple banners for the first 24 hours after a new video is posted.
