***Update 6/12/2015 Apparently through some YouTube glitch all my unlisted videos went public. This video was posted on my FB page a week back when this Shia clip was actually new. Might as well leave it public now.***
Just having some quick fun with this clip that's floating around the web. Thought it was oddly familiar to a lot of fitness videos I've seen these days. Please excuse the dirty editing job I did on this as I didn't want to spend a lot of time on it (which is why this video isn't public).
