2 Large Tomatoes (20 oz)
1 Large Mango
1 Peach
1 Jalapeno
1 Garlic Clove
6 oz (170g) Cilantro
1 Onion
1 Lime
Salt, Ground Chili Pepper (as preferred)
2 Tbsp Vinegar
Preparations:
1- Dice the onion, tomatoes, mango, peach and jalapeno.
