How many ways are there to make pork tenderloin? I guess as much as there are to make burgers. So here's one more. I love the tenderloin, this one is well done. I like 'm more medium. But this is perfect for the little one. Although she probably thinks this is a waste of good sausages! LOL

* Old or sharp cheese
* Bacon
Smoke for about half an hour at 180 degrees celcius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit, until the core reaches 68 degrees Celcius or 154 degrees Fahrenheit.
