Please help us to find bad videos. Broken or unappropriated video content?
ATTENTION: Everybody's body is different! For most, running extra miles may create a desirable look for others. On the other hand, from my experience ( and years of working out), I've come to the realization that running over 1 mile gives my legs a muscular look i do not desire. I go for the ballerina lean legs, therefore I workout a certain way. That's how I work out and I'm sorry if i gave 'false' information. Thats how MY body works and this is MY fitness routine. don't like it? don't watch it.
