How To : Dromida Ominus Motor Upgrade, Micro Motor Warehouse
I purchased these motors from Micro Motor Warehouse to upgrade my Dromida Ominus. They are originally made for the latraxx Alias so I had to do some work to get them in, as you'll see in the video.
Note! Doing this or ANY modification voids the warranty. Also these wires are very thin and easy to break, the mod required some time and tedious work. This would not be for someone who doesn't know what they are doing. I'm not sure if it's possible but look into getting metal pinions for the motors since they come with plastic ones. You can also buy more at MMW for 10 for $1 with $4 shipping. UPDATE These motors now come with the plugs for the ominus making installation MUCH easier!
